Radek Anděl

In 1988 - 1994 he studied accordion playing at the Prague Conservatory under Prof. Jaroslav Průcha. In 1993 as a student of the Prague Conservatory he took part in a national contest of conservatories where he received the Best Key Accordion Player award.

After graduation he has worked as a teacher and has been active in several musical ensembles. In the 1990s he was a member of an excellent Italian accordion orchestra "Fisorchestra cittá di Osimo". Since 2000 he has been performing with the Prague Hradčany Orchestra whose non-traditional interpretation of classical and folk music wins praise from local as well as international audiences. Additionally he applies his experience and virtuoso mastery of compositions of various genres, from classical music to all-time world favourites, at his solo performances to high acclaim.
